Overview: Europeans are getting mixed advice on life insurance and pensions from financial-services providers, according to a recent "mystery-shopping" exercise. These gaps in service combined with Europe's aging population present a new opportunity for financial institutions to take advantage of the increasing demand for better retirement services.
