Overview: As a start-up, a leading loan originator had established a simple origination service for traditional lenders. The client wanted to redesign the loan origination process, systems, and organization to meet current and future demands. PRTM was asked to focus on two areas in the project: for the short-term: provide the capability to meet capacity for this year and next year and for the long-term: work alongside management to reinvent their loan origination, with the goal of attaining unparalleled levels of performance, quality, compliance, and client service. PRTM conducted a rapid, six-week assessment to identify bottlenecks, break points, and opportunities for errors in their current operations.
