Overview: The client is a global auto major, based in the United States. The challenges put forth were to automate the process of capacity study and improve the execution of the Capacity Change Request (CCR) process, to ensure timely completion. Wipro developed an automated CCR system on Savvion Business Manager which resulted in the automation & improvement in the execution of the CCR process, improved coordination between the client, its suppliers & customers through timely notifications, and improved tracking of the performance of each step along the process.
