Overview: The company provides fixed/land line, mobile (TDMA & GSM), Internet (Dial up & Broadband) services in the West Indies. The client wasn't sure about the version and technology (proprietary state table or java) of ASAP to use to build cartridges. The client was not even aware of the several Network Elements (NE) that were part of its BSS, and there were hardly any documents available on these network elements. Infosys helped the client to have unified service activation system. The client was able to eliminate manual activations all together, resulting in significant cost savings.
