Overview: A global investment management company, with an asset base of over $248 billion composed of mutual funds and other investment vehicles, wished to increase its client focus and continue building relationships with them through e-services. It partnered with Infosys to create a portal to provide self-servicing opportunities for its financial advisors and shareholders alike. Infosys developed an e-Business portal to be initiated in Germany and then rolled out globally. The project helped the client to move ahead of competition in the area of e-services.
