Overview: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has launched new and revised forms for 2004 in order to further the goals of recent IRS policy initiatives. Many fund managers will need to comply with the recently released Form 8858, an information return affecting foreign disregarded entities. In addition, all fund managers will need to familiarize themselves with the revised partnership Schedule K-1.
