Overview: The introduction of Intellectual Property protection technologies such as Digital Rights Management Systems and the introduction of technology bills have an effect on various parties who both affect and are affected by these. Furthermore, all parties involved may have a different view depending on their interests and attitudes and may as well have different degrees of influence regarding the future application of these technologies or bills. This paper uses the Stakeholder Analysis (SA) to identify the various stakeholders. It further outlines their different interests and influencing power to shape the future applications of Digital Rights Management Systems and the introduction of technology bills.
