Overview: The HRMS system enhances the user's ability to remain compliant with NYS labor laws, ensuring all employees are paid correctly. This paper provides a step-by-step manual to assist employees in entering and editing time. All employees are able to view the screen; each department has selected permission levels for entering time (punch time and elapsed time). It is important that a record of time worked and not worked is accurately maintained; all hourly employees' time worked must be recorded and compensated to the minute.
