Overview: Most companies have embraced the notion that to operate effectively in todayÆs economy it is necessary to become a knowledge-based organization. There has been a considerable, if somewhat inconsistent literature developed in the area of æknowledge management strategyÆ - developing prescriptive practices to enable and organization to better æmanageÆ its knowledge, and by extension, become more efficient, competitive, and profitable.
