Overview: Total Quality Management focuses on "process improvement, customer and supplier involvement, teamwork, and training to achieve customer satisfaction, cost-effectiveness, and defect- free work". The goal of this report is to develop a Quality Management Framework that, if implemented and maintained, will improve the quality of the management system, not the management of quality. The framework will be a set of components that the selected company will need to address, document, and follow in the quest for the best quality product for the lowest possible cost.
