Overview: If the corporate scandals of the early 2000s accomplished nothing else, they focused attention on the integrity and ethics of companies and their leaders, or, more accurately, on the apparent lack thereof. In this context, the paper points out that preparing future leaders and managers who can lead with personal integrity and authenticity and who can create systemic - organizational - contexts in which integrity, responsibility, accountability, and transparency with respect to stakeholders are valued has arguably never been more important than it is today.
