Overview: Anyone who reflects on "That Was the Corporate Year That Was" will probably think of many good questions to ask about the jurisprudential and practical relevance of, and connections between, recent changes in corporate, public, and international law and how they might be integrated within teaching and communicated to students and practitioners. That communication obviously could be used to enliven orthodox courses on corporate and business law. But increasingly it also happens through the use of corporate examples to enliven courses on law in context, legal reasoning, jurisprudence, and practical legal training, as well as inter-disciplinary courses on corporate governance and business.
