Overview: Entrepreneurship is all too often taken to mean the creation of new businesses. Yet nowhere is it more important - or, often, more elusive - than in large, established companies. Another widely held view is that entrepreneurial behavior is all about individual initiative. In fact, far from being a solitary pursuit, it is highly collaborative.
