Overview: This study explores the important issues of the factors that effect organizational effectiveness. The research method adopted was the case study of the qualitative research and the data was collected by in-depth interviews. In the process of the research, 30 employees were interviewed, including ten mangers and twenty workers. This study explains theoretically the model of organizational effectiveness. It offers feasible suggestions on the administrative policy and management. The results of this study could be helpful to the management effectiveness practices and the construction of quality management model in disciplinary study.
