Overview: This article reports on the introduction of a new Forest Laker restaurant, which would be on the horizon for the Forest Lake's downtown and the remodeled and expanded restaurant and bar will be a blend of the old and new. In his redevelopment plan, the owner says he intends to maintain some of the flavor of the long-popular establishment while creating a new cocktail lounge and fine-dining restaurant that will feature white linen table cloth settings and meals that will rate with the best in the metro area.
