Overview: This document provides a detailed description of the information and analysis requested from third parties related to electricity planning, supply and transmission. It elaborates upon the staff report titled Proposal to Assess Electricity Supply, Resource, and Bulk Transmission Planning Data (in Docket 04-IEP-01-D) and is intended to inform parties from whom data is requested and stakeholders with an interest in the issues to be addressed, as well as analysis to support the 2005 Integrated Energy Policy Report (2005 Energy Report).
