Overview: Short of a few minor aspects, starting an Internet business is really no different than starting the average brick and mortar venture. Research into an opportunity or market is required along with exploring other facets of business ownership, such as licensing or appropriate business structures. Without proper research, a business can all but count on being done and over with within a 3 to 6 month period. Once started, there will need to be a commitment to good business practices that will help build a solid reputation.
