Once the initial investigation was complete, Erdman's team provided a comprehensive master plan for the area in conjunction with the City's Sector 3 Action Plan, which strives to attract, maintain, and support area businesses. Erdman Anthony's redevelopment plan focused on creating an attractive and appealing region by improving visual elements on the main thoroughfares, providing more green space, and celebrating the heritage of the sector's historical parks and buildings.
