Overview: When Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation decided to replace their existing facility and build a larger, more cost effective operations center, Erdman Anthony guided them through each step of the process. Erdman Anthony designed the entire site layout, including parking lot locations, storage areas, landscaping, and building position. The plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical design elements included sanitary, storm, and domestic water services as well as fire alarm and security systems, interior and exterior lighting, and central temperature control. Erdman Anthony added a new signal on NYS Route 383 and designed Airpark Drive, a new town dedicated road.
