Overview: When terrorists attacked the World Trade Center in downtown Manhattan, the loss of life and property was vast. Con Edison responded quickly to start bringing power back on-line and Marson Energy was there to help them. Marson Energy sited a 750/1000 kWe natural gas generator to provide clean power for lighting and steam production. The generator arrived ready to plug and play. Once started up the unit ran continuously for 35 days, allowing the rescue efforts to continue with the benefit of reliable, cleanly-generated power.
