Overview: When Eastman Kodak Company decided to consolidate all operations in a central location at Kodak Park, they called on Erdman Anthony and the Janus Task Force for help. Erdman Anthony completed full design for two of the primary buildings, comprising 500,000 square feet of space. To supplement existing power distribution systems, Erdman Anthony designed a new 2000 kVA double-ended load center and included new high efficiency lighting controlled by the building management system. Erdman Anthony upgraded the existing fire alarm system with a multiplexing format and full audio/visual coverage to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
