Overview: Middleton Corporation is in the business of providing heating and cooling solutions to commercial companies. An Akron-area plumbing and heating contractor, Middleton has installed large-scale GeoExchange projects across the state. When faced with replacing its own heating and cooling system, the management at Middleton looked carefully at all their options. Then they made the obvious choice: a commercial GeoExchange system. The system was designed to improve temperature and humidity control in certain areas such as the offices. And they enjoyed the added benefit of hot water, provided virtually free in the cooling months, thanks to the desuperheater package.
