Overview: In the Spring of 1992 Larry and Lois Hill were a little skeptical about the promised benefits of the GeoExchange (geothermal) heating and cooling system proposed for their new home. The GeoExchange installation in the Hill house featured a couple of challenges. There are three different beams running at different angles in the basement, and this took some additional effort as far as planning the ductwork. The Hills are so happy with their GeoExchange system, they and their home appeared in a North Western Electric printed advertisement and a radio commercial.
