The PR&W Electric Cooperative has a GeoExchange incentive program for their members that combines rebates and special electricity rates. Ron Dickey's perseverance has everybody smiling. The PR&W Electric Cooperative is able to better manage system load growth. The Rural Housing Service has a solid housing unit with monthly energy bills that make mortgages easier for homeowners to pay.
