Overview: Texas Lutheran University is a private liberal arts university. The campus is comprised of over 30 buildings. The project objective is to develop a project to reduce operating costs and renovate the university's HVAC infrastructure. The result was campus-wide lighting retrofit, central heating and cooling plant installation, Trane Tracer Summit building management system, air distribution system upgrades, $238,000 one-time utility rebate and $577,000/year guaranteed savings over a 10-year term.
