Overview: State of New Mexico Buildings was built on two complexes with wide variety of equipment including Trane chillers and DDC/VAV system, Thermal storage. Building automation and temperature control provided by Tracer Summit for multiple buildings comprising over 1,000,000 square feet. The goals were improved building control. Reduced energy costs while enhancing occupant comfort, improved effectiveness of preventative maintenance and quick recovery from water damage incident. The solution was the Tracer Summit system.
