Overview: Wieden + Kennedy is an international agency known for its unique consumer product advertising. In 1997, the firm decided to consolidate its operations into a single, larger facility. The agency had indicated an interest in a "loft style" building with the potential for abundant communication among project teams. The design for the remodeled building features huge, open spaces supported on a concrete frame. In order to achieve the airy, loft style desired by the agency, numerous interior walls were removed and an atrium-like open core was created.
