Overview: The State of Wisconsin is involved in a major program to increase energy efficiency and provide economic and environmental benefits to taxpayers. Johnson Controls audited more than 35 million square feet of space to identify energy efficiencies in heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, and building automation systems. The State and Johnson Controls are outlining a working model of energy education and accountability.
