Overview: Located in Monterrey, the Institute enrolls 14,000 full-time students. The campus encompasses 208 classrooms and eight schools covering 1.5 million square feet. Locate funding to improve a campus infrastructure faced with outdated equipment and a diminishing operations budget. Utilize existing equipment to protect initial investment. Create flexible room ventilation and lighting controls for 14 configurable conference rooms in the Student Center. Finance energy saving projects with government-backed grants (FIDE). Install Metasys Facility Management System (FMS) to control temperature, humidity levels, and lighting systems. Use Metasys to integrate equipment from Trane, York and AMX. Regulate energy consumption of all controlled systems using Metasys.
