Overview: The Revolving Film Finance Fund is a facility to cash flow film and television productions by way of lending funds against security. The financial instrument used as security must ensure the repayment of funds. It also states that the maximum amount of funding per applicant for any single project is $AUD4M or 50% of the production budget whichever is the lesser. Loans are not available for speculative ventures.
