Overview: The Burns Harbor Facility, located on about 1,700 acres on the shores of Lake Michigan, is BSC's largest and most efficient plant. BSC considered a number of options to improve the efficiency and upgrade the capacity of turbine #5. Work normally performed during a scheduled.
