Overview: The overall goal of this paper is to develop analysis strategies and technology transfer infrastructure for fuel cell systems and cycles, which can become a bridge between development, commercialization, and successful deployment of the fuel cell technology. The paper addresses the Public Interest Energy Research (PIER) program objective of reducing environmental and public health risks of California's electricity sector by helping develop environmentally preferred advanced generation technologies.
