Overview: This article presents the findings of the interviews of investors conducted by Altassets. The issues that preoccupied these institutional investor profile interviewees were alignment of interest, growing concern about secondary buy-outs and investors' roles in the creation of the boom-bust private equity cycle. The conclusion however, is that despite some of the reservations and other concerns listed in the article, there is encouraging news for the industry.
