Overview: This paper discusses about the, corporate cash management look once Check 21 goes into effect in October? The legislation permits banks to present substitute checks?printed from digital images?for payment, which should speed the check clearing process, reshape cash flows and render useless at least some of the security features on checks. Treasury & Risk Management and Wells Fargo surveyed 376 CFOs, treasurers and cash managers about their views on Check 21 between June 21 and July 9.
