Overview: In today's fast paced and increasingly competitive market, many companies and, more often than not, some people are trying to juggle at least two or more significant projects at any given time. Often these 'Special projects' generate many impacts, including valuable resources are removed from their day-to-day responsibilities or they take on these added tasks in addition to their regular duties.
