Overview: Banta's customer is a division of a premier global healthcare products company with sales in excess of $13 billion and operations in more than 100 countries. A program was needed to streamline existing production, warehousing and distribution of print and promotional materials into a seamless, total supply chain management system. Banta provided its customer with both a voice response (IVR) system and a web-based order entry/inventory system that interacts with Banta's enterprise requirement planning (ERP) system and is also available for call center order entry use.
