Overview: There is no doubt that natural and organic foods are here to stay. Increasingly, the terms "natural" and "organic" are being used by mainstream consumers to describe their lifestyles. That's a remarkable number considering that the National Organic Standards (NOS) have only been in effect since October of last year.
