Overview: The interview follow up is a great opportunity to make a further positive impression, and in a competitive market you must not miss this chance. After a job interview, the post interview follow up simply gives you a great chance to do something most of your competitors, won't bother to do. Thank your interviewer (s) for their time, and the courtesy they extended to you. It may be a small point, but it could be the decisive one!
